Rachel + Kevin’s Mason City Engagement Session

I had the honor of photographing Rachel & Kevin’s engagement session this past weekend–such a beautiful day with the temperature reaching the 50’s!  Which also meant melting snow, slush and mud but Rachel & Kevin were still up for anything.  It has been such a pleasure getting to know these two more and more.  They have such a sweet story–they met at Habitat for Humanity and when the time came Kevin proposed to Rachel in that same environment.  They love the outdoors, and even sleep outdoors on hammocks between two trees when camping!  I had such a fun time with these guys, the way they look at each other and the love they share truly shows, their first date was at East Park so it was fitting we do part of there session there.  The last images below on the swings was another spot they visited on their fist date–So glad we could come back to some of these special locations for them!  I cannot wait for their wedding as they are such a beautiful couple and I know it will be a blast!  Congratulations once again Rachel & Kevin!  Enjoy a few of my favorites from their session!
