In 2015 my husband, Adam, and I began the process of planning our dream home, which of course included a space for my photography business. A full studio filled with natural light, comfy space for my clients during their sessions and viewing their portraits. Office for post production and packaging orders, and lots of storage for all my props and backdrops. In July of 2016 the contracts were signed and the digging began!
The next 9 months were filled with so many choices and decisions. We knew going into this we would have to make lots of decisions for our custom home and studio, even though most of our conversations for months were focused on light fixtures, doors, paint colors, and so much more Adam and I did agree on the majority of things, which made our decision making a little bit easier!
After much anticipation the new house and studio were complete in April 2017. We moved in the end of April and the studio was top on my priority list to get set up! It has been a dream to custom design and build a space for my clients filled with backdrops, props, outfits and accessories as well as beautiful wall portraits, albums and other heirloom pieces.

The last two years have been a bit of a whirlwind, full of changes and new adventures but I wouldn’t change a thing and we couldn’t be happier with our new home and studio!
